Ingredients

1 kg potatoes
4 eggs
1 packet diced bacon, 120-150 g
200 ml cheddar cheese, diced
200 ml leek, finely shredded

Dressing
200 ml Turkish yoghurt
50 ml tomato purée
30 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
1 garlic clove, grated or finely chopped
100 ml parsley, chopped

Instructions

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Boil them. Drain and cool, then cut into pieces. Hard-boil the eggs, peel and cut them in half. Fry the diced bacon and spread out on kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat. Mix together all the ingredients for the dressing in a serving bowl. Add the potatoes and mix thoroughly. Arrange the egg halves on top of the salad. Sprinkle with the bacon, cheese and leek. Refrigerate until serving.
