Apple tartlets with nuts

Ingredients

Pastry
5 dl plain flour
3 tbsp Dansukker White Syrup
200 g butter or margarine

Filling
400 g apples
250 g mixed nuts

Batter
3 tbsp Dansukker Glucose Syrup
3/4 dl Dansukker Light Muscovado Sugar
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
40 g melted butter or margarine
2 eggs

Instructions

Work together the dough ingredients and press the dough into tartlet tins or small pie tins. Prick with a fork and refrigerate.

Peel, halve and core the apples. cut them into thin wedges. Divide the apple wedges between the tins. Put the nuts on top of the apples. Mix together the filling ingredients and divide the filling between the tins. Bake in the centre of the oven at 175 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
