Coffee toddy
Ingredients
2 egg yolks
60 ml Dansukker Light Syrup
200 ml strong, hot coffee
4 cl rum (optional)
Instructions
Pour the rum into two glasses. Beat the egg yolks and syrup until fluffy. Add the coffee. Pour into the glasses and serve immediately.
