Ingredients
200 g bacon or smoked ham, diced
Sauce
150 ml milk
100 ml cream
6 g plain flour
30 ml Dijon mustard
10 g Dansukker Icing Sugar
2-3 g salt
1 g white pepper
50 ml parsley, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Hard boil and peel the eggs. Combine the milk, cream and flour in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the mustard, icing sugar, salt and pepper. Fry the bacon or ham. Pour the sauce into a bowl. Halve the eggs and put them in the sauce. Sprinkle the bacon or ham over the eggs, along with the parsley. Serve immediately.
