Ingredients
Approx. 350 g green olives
Marinade
1 tbsp finely chopped lemon balm
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp coarsely ground pepper
2 tsp Dansukker Cane Sugar
1-2 cloves finely chopped garlic
Mix lemon balm, oil, pepper, cane sugar and garlic. Add all the olives and allow to draw for at least 4 hours.
