Ingredients
175 g dark chocolate
80 g pistachio nuts
30 g butter
100 ml whipping cream
70 g Dansukker Dark Muscovado Sugar
Alternative flavouring
grated zest of 1 organic orange
Decoration
pistachio nuts, chopped
Instructions
Finely chop the pistachios and chocolate and set aside. Bring the butter, cream and muscovado sugar to the boil. Add the chocolate and stir until the mixture is smooth. Add the pistachios and the flavouring (optional).
Put the truffle mixture in a bowl with a lip and pour it directly into the moulds. Decorate with pistachio nuts. Store in a cool place.
